• There is a $0.30 listing fee per product added to the platform.

• Vendors are responsible for providing accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images for their products.
• Listings must comply with all local and international laws.

 

Order Fulfillment:

• Vendors must process and ship orders promptly, ensuring customers receive their products in a timely manner.
• Tracking information should be provided when available.

Refunds and Returns:

• Vendors must outline their return and refund policies clearly in product listings.
• Refund requests due to vendor errors (e.g., incorrect or defective items) must be resolved quickly.

Prohibited Items:

• Illegal, counterfeit, or hazardous products are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension.

Payments:

• Vendors will receive payouts after order completion, minus applicable fees.
• Vendors are responsible for any taxes applicable in their jurisdiction.

Account Management:

• Vendors are responsible for keeping their account details and product listings up to date.
